I have worked with clients presenting with anxiety, depression, emotion dysregulation, low self-esteem, and demotivation. I like to use a humanistic therapeutic approach, along with cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy. I hope to create a safe space with my clients where emotions are validated and accepted in order to bring about a positive change.
